Having a complimentary home safety survey conducted by a West Metro Firefighter is a great way to educate your family about fire safety. Our home safety surveys are risk-free and no-fee with the priority being to create a safer living space for your family! We highly recommend as the fire experts that you have this done at least once a year. Any living space within the cities of New Hope and Crystal are eligible for this program!

Walk-thru of your home checking for hazards and advice on how to mitigate those hazards
Assistance with a fire escape plan and how to conduct a family fire drill
Verification of properly placed smoke/carbon monoxide detectors
FREE replacement of old smoke detectors, if needed
FREE replacement of batteries in your smoke detectors, if needed
FREE additional smoke detectors and install, if needed
FREE additional carbon monoxide detector and install, if needed
FREE fire extinguisher, if needed
RISK FREE-No write-ups or fee assessments
